All about Priesthorpe High School

Intro!

What is Priesthorpe really like? Get rid of all your doubts - now is the time to FIND OUT!!!!!

Facilities we have and the lessons!

Our school has lots of new equipment to help your education, like computers, library, workshops and the Pass Centre. The subjects are brill and fun! For example, in cooking you can make pasties, buns and lots more! In CDT you can make a puppet, key rings, desk tidies and mirrors. We have the modern equipment just for you guys!

The menu for your lunch!
Are you feeling hungry? Well if you are our lunch menu's are delicious! We have healthy foods, snacks and drinks. Like sandwiches we cater for vegetarians and meat, jacket potatoes with beans, cheese, pasta, pizza, chips, fish-fingers, turkey, flapjacks, doughnuts and much more!

We even have vending machines that sell drinks. Plus you can buy buns or pasties at break or dinner because most days in the cooking classrooms teachers sell all sorts of savoury or sweet things! The price of foods is not REALLY expensive!

The sports activities and equipment!
Do you like sports? Well if you do or don't you will know because there are so many sports to choose from to learn. Our school is a Sports College as well, we have tennis courts (five), a football ground, fields and a HUGE sports hall. We like everyone to get involved!

Trips and excursions!
Our residentials are wonderful; once we even had an exchange. This is when some people from our school go on a trip to India or a different country and stay at a family house. The children from the school in India then stay with the pupils here in England. It's great fun!

Well all I have got left to say is come and join us, have a good education but at the same time have fun! Our work and effort from teachers and most of the students are high. We have displays throughout the school of everyone's work. If you want more info look through the rest of the school web site.

Come and explore the excitement!!!

Thanks.
