My name is Gurpreet Takhar and when I wrote this I had been at Priesthorpe for nearly a year.

I am going to tell you a little about the school.

Workshop areas and the Open Learning Centre are open from 8:00am every morning.

Form opening: 8:45am (registration)
Break: 11:00am - 11:20am
Dinner: 12:20pm - 1:15pm
Afternoon registration: 1:15pm
School ends: 3:15pm
(Many sporting fixtures and activities take place after school).

Q. Who is the Headteacher?
A. Mrs Lane [For the autumn term 2006 - 2007, then Mr Hall will be the new Headteacher].

Q. Who will be your Head of Year?
A. Miss Cronshaw. She is a PE teacher and she is really nice!

Q. What subjects will I learn?
A. English, Maths, Science, Geography, History, Spanish or French, (MFL - Modern Foreign Languages), RE, PE & Sports, ICT, CDT, Food Technology, Textiles, Art, Drama and Music.
