Priesthorpe School is privileged to be in its fourth year as a Sports
College and play host to the Priesthorpe School Sports Partnership.
During this time the impact of both the Sports College and the School
Sports Partnership has been that the standards within PE and Sport
across West Leeds have been raised, and there has been increasing
participation in sport, leadership and coaching amongst young people
and the wider community.
The website is designed to showcase the work of the school, sports
college and school sports partnership, as well as providing information
on forthcoming events and courses that young people and adults from
the community can also access.
The site has been split into two sections:
Sports College
This section provides information on extra-curricular activities
for pupils in our school, information on lettings for local sports
clubs, useful sporting links, leadership, information on local sports
clubs, holiday programmes and latest news updates.
The School Sports Partnership
This section provides information on the partnership, especially
for Primary Link Teachers and School Sport Co-ordinators who work
for the partnership across West Leeds.
SSCOss and PLTs should use this site to find information on CPD,
competition dates, entry forms and evaluation forms.
