GERMAN

At Priesthorpe German is offered in Year 9 as a second foreign language to students who have shown an aptitude for languages in Years 7 and 8.

Students have two lessons each week of German and one lesson of their first foreign language, French or Spanish, throughout Year 9. By the end of Year 9, students will be ready to start a GCSE course in German.
